Sometimes you have to leave home to realize how good you had it. I grew up in Woodmoor, earned my degree in Psychology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, and then spent three years living on the road, traveling throughout the West. After all that time seeing what else was out there, I chose to come back and put down roots in Colorado Springs. Helping other people find their place here is what drew me to real estate.
Before becoming a realtor, I spent five years in door-to-door pest control sales, including four years managing a sales team. Knocking on doors every day taught me how to communicate with just about anyone, negotiate with confidence, and never let a detail slip through the cracks. Combined with my background in psychology, it taught me that the best results come from listening first and understanding what someone really needs. My clients can expect straight answers, a clear plan from day one, and a process that's organized, professional, and actually enjoyable.
